If you are planning a wedding and reception then you have come to realize one of the most difficult decisions in regards to your big day is whether to have a sit-down meal or a buffet.
And once you determine whether it is going to be a sit-down dinner or a buffet-style dinner you will also need to determine what you are going to serve your guests.
There's pros and cons to both.some would rather do plated because buffets would take up space and also takes much longer than doing plated because people would be getting up and getting food and what not.
But a buffet does offer more options and people can have as much as they want. That way people can take what they want or have more if they want it. No food is wasted.
But to each it's own and whatever fits your wedding budget or vision for your wedding.
